Well as does happen from time to time when someone ask me why my brain goes into pressure overload and locks down. I could not come up with a good reason of why I do this, so I sputtered out something about searching because deep down I knew that had something to do with it. But I’m sure it made no sense to him.

So as I’m driving home I was scanning the back regions of my brain and the reason behind my date formatting pops in. As you might guess by now my memory is not the best, as you go along in life you try to improve it as you can and if that doesn’t work well then you devise methods of working with it. So the reason I started formatting my comments that way was because I can usually remember doing something and if I’m lucky I will be able to remember approximately when I did it. So I can limit searches for my comments to something like ‘DTR 0812 if I know it was in December of 08 then again if I only remembered it was sometime last year I can search for ‘DTR 08
