When trying to help someone with their PC woes you may have found yourself wishing there were a simple way to connect to the PC and take control. There are many apps out there that allow this but most are confusing and difficult to set up.  I heard about this app from Scott Hanselman's Computer Zen - Scott Hanselman's 2007 Ultimate Developer and Power Users Tool List for Windows (which has an awesome list of products for your PC enjoyment). It is really simple to use and works great.
