These professional looking templates will save you time and money and Microsoft is gracious enough to offer them to you for free. There are templates that will work with every portion of MS office as well as templates that are version specific so you can take advantage of newer technology if you have it available. From simple letter templates, calendars, awards to excel solutions and actual data base solutions that may work for you.  And again, they are FREE!

You may need to fiddle with them a little bit to get exactly what you want but it is a great place to start. Of course if you don't have the time for this I would be glad to help you find a solution that would work best for you
